We’re looking for a Regional Field Visual Merchandiser who thrives on movement, precision, and creative impact.

If your car feels like a second home, you love transforming spaces, and you have a meticulous eye for balance, texture, and brand storytelling, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll travel extensively (up to 80% of your time) to stores across regions, ensuring each window, campaign, and in-store display reflects the distinctive Spitz signature.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Visual Merchandise Manager
  • Direct Reports: None 

Key Areas of Impact:

  • Bring seasonal campaign concepts to life — from window installations to in-store visual displays.
  • Execute visual merchandising plans with accuracy, speed, and an unwavering eye for brand detail.
  • Train and guide store teams on visual standards to ensure consistency across all stores.
  • Coordinate and implement sale and promotional displays — then measure and share results.
  • Communicate effectively with the Visual Merchandising Manager and cross-functional teams. 

What It Takes to Succeed:

Experience that sets you up for success:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a visual merchandising or field-based retail environment 

Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Completed Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study
  • Further Courses, certifications, professional affiliations in line with Marketing, Visual & Brand Management will be highly advantageous. 

Additional requirements that will enhance your impact for success:

  • Valid Driver’s Licence and genuine enthusiasm for frequent travel.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills. You manage multiple priorities with calm precision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and comfort presenting ideas visually.
  • Confidence to train and influence others while staying humble and team-focused.
